Electrical case study - Office Refurbishment project.
The project involved a whole new installation of a single floor commercial office space. The objective was to install a modern electrical installation to support the needs of the working environment,
Garden Studio
We work along side a company that specialise in high quality installs of Garden Studios. One of our many projects together was to build a one-of-a-kind garden bar and outdoor leisure area including a spa. We achieved the outdoor high quality finish by using outdoor RGBW LED Lights controlled from Smart Kinetic Switching. The indoor install was achieved by using LED Strip on Dimmers to control lighting moods as needed.
Earthing Issues
We was originally called by the customer because they was worried that their electrical installation was not safe. On first arrival we instantly knew that the customer was right to suspect this and done the right thing in contacting an electrician. On inspection it was quickly found that their was no main earth to the house and the fuse board was out of date and in need of an upgrade. The young family had no idea and was advised of what to do next by myself. This involved having to install a new current 18th edition fuse board and a main earth to the house by installing an earth rod.
